Before you book
How do I book?
Pick the experience, the date and how many of you, and message us on WhatsApp. We confirm availability, price and how to pay in writing.
Do prices include taxes? Is there a child price?
Prices are per person, in Mexican pesos, plus taxes, and every tour has an adult and a child fare. On yachts, the dock tax is paid separately per person.
Is transport included?
Yes. On every tour we pick you up at your hotel, with round-trip transport by bus or van and a bilingual guide; when we confirm, we give you the pickup time. Check “What's included” on each tour.
Can I change the date or cancel?
Ask us about change, cancellation and payment conditions directly on WhatsApp: we confirm them in writing before you pay. If your plans change, message us as soon as you can and we'll find the best option.
What should I bring?
Swimwear, a towel, comfortable clothes, biodegradable sunscreen and some cash for extras such as drinks, lockers or photos.
Do you also book restaurants, beach clubs and nightlife?
Yes. We get you a table or entry at restaurants, beach clubs and nightclubs in Playa del Carmen: message us with the date and how many of you.
